We are looking for a Personal Assistant to support the Executive Director of Sweet House.
Your role is to organize the day, manage schedules, and ensure tasks and appointments are handled smoothly and on time.
Responsibilities
Manage calendar, meetings, and reminders
Organize daily tasks and follow-ups
Handle calls, messages, and emails
Coordinate with internal teams and external parties
Prepare basic documents when required
Requirements
Fluent English
(spoken and written -- mandatory)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
Tech-savvy (emails, calendars, basic office tools)
