Key Responsibilities:



Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk Attend and respond to all incoming phone calls in a professional manner Greet and assist visitors and clients with warmth and efficiency Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Handle walk-in inquiries and direct them appropriately

Administrative Support:



Check and record daily employee attendance Assist with document filing and handling basic admin tasks Support HR and management with day-to-day office coordination Ensure smooth front office and admin operations

Requirements:



Excellent communication in

English & Malayalam

(Hindi is a plus*)
Presentable, well-spoken, and organized Basic knowledge of

MS Office (Excel, Word)

Experience in reception/front desk/admin roles preferred

Female candidates preferred

Qualification: Degree is Mandatory Experience: 6 Months to 2 yrs exp prefer Spouse Visa is a Plus

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
