Scheduling Appointments:
Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Managing Correspondence:
Handling incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and other correspondence.
Maintaining the Reception Area:
Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
Providing Administrative Support:
Assisting with tasks like data entry, filing, and other clerical duties.
Maintaining Office Supplies:
Monitoring and ordering office supplies as needed.
Assisting with Facilities:
Coordinating with maintenance staff for any office upkeep or repairs.
Ensuring Security:
Managing visitor logs and issuing visitor badges.
Developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Creating and curating high-quality content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms.
Managing and updating content on social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
Drafting press releases and pitching articles for publication.
Coordinating and managing the creation of all digital content, including website, blogs, and podcasts.
