Receptionist

Respond to client queries Promote retail products and services Record reservations and manage the appointment schedule Conduct confirmation calls Conduct check in, check out and payment procedures Ensure that the client bookings are done as per the policy. Ensure the reception area is clean and presentable at all times Manage client profiles Prepare daily reports Assist in the development and updating of the spa menu Reference and abide by the Standard Operating Procedures, Policies & Forms Manuals Willing to work shift hours including nights and weekends Ensure accurate process of sales using cash registers, scanners or equipment provided to obtain total purchase amount. Ensures the compliance of Cash Handling Procedure by processing payments as per the policy and reconciling them with total sales. Ensure that the client bookings are done as per the policy. Prepare daily reports, accurately calculate discounts and special offers stay up to date on all promotions and special offers, issue receipts for payments received, balance sales and receipts according to company procedure, and maintain accurate records of transactions. Process the issuance and redemption of magnetic cards. Effective monitoring of clients' movement. To ensure that the over- all reception set- up and marketing collateral, hygiene and sterilization practices are up to standard.

Videographer/Photographer (Content Creator)Real Estate Agent

Produce and edit high-quality video content, including social media reels, promotional clips, and brand storytelling videos. Capture professional photos, ensuring top-notch composition, lighting, and post-production editing for digital platforms. Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to develop visually compelling content that supports brand strategy and campaign goals. Research trends and audience interests to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging. Manage the content creation process, maintaining a content calendar and ensuring timely delivery of visuals. Implement basic SEO techniques and content tagging to boost online visibility and audience reach. Analyze content performance and share insights to help refine and improve visual strategies.
Salary : basic salary +commission depend on sales and social media interaction
