Intervet Clinic is looking for a
friendly, highly organized, and customer-focused Receptionist
to join our team. In this role, you'll be the
first point of contact
for clients at our clinic and also support our
online pet store customers
. You'll need to juggle tasks efficiently while keeping a warm, professional attitude.
What You'll Do
Clinic Front Desk
Greet clients and their pets warmly, ensuring a welcoming experience.
Manage appointments, phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
Process payments and issue receipts.
Keep client and pet records updated.
Maintain a clean, organized reception and waiting area.
Online Store Client Support
Respond to client inquiries through online platforms (chat, email, social media).
Assist with product information, orders, and delivery updates.
Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns with care.
Share information about promotions and new products.
Coordinate with the clinic team to ensure smooth order processing.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience as a receptionist, customer service representative, or similar role.
Strong ability to multi-task
and stay calm under pressure.
Excellent communication skills (in person, phone, email, chat, and social media).
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with office & online systems.
Passion for animals and a strong client service mindset.
