We are supporting an international law firm in hiring a professional and polished Receptionist for its Dubai office. This front-of-house role is ideal for a well-presented, service-oriented individual who enjoys working in a high-calibre, English-speaking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Greet and manage visitors and incoming calls.
2. Oversee meeting room bookings and daily front desk operations.
3. Manage incoming/outgoing mail and courier services.
4. Provide administrative support to the office and legal teams.
5. Uphold a professional and welcoming office environment at all times.
Requirements:
1. UAE National - Family Book required
2. 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk/admin support role
3. Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken
4. Highly professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
6. Law firm or professional services experience is a plus
Salary:
AED 14,000 to 16,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
