Responsibilities include but not limited to the following: Managing documents such as Shop Drawings, Submittals/Logs, Monitoring Sheets/Reports, Requests, Project Requirements, Letters etc. Updating and maintaining document management systems. Maintaining the security of confidential documents. Processing, typing, editing, and formatting reports, business letters and documents. Coordinating with company\'s internal departments. Communicating with clients. Directing internal/external calls and emails to designated department/person. Arranging and scheduling appointments, meetings, site visits etc. Performing other secretarial duties. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month Experience:
