Job Description

1. Front Desk Operations: Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate departments or individuals. 2. Administrative Support: Managing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages. Organizing and maintaining files, records, and documents. 3. Communication: Serving as a point of contact between internal staff, clients, contractors, and suppliers. Ensuring effective communication and relaying messages accurately. 4. Office Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed. 5. Project Support: Assisting project managers/Site Engineers/Estimation Engineer with administrative tasks, such as preparing project documentation, letters, tracking progress, and coordinating meetings. Overall, a receptionist cum secretary in the construction industry plays a crucial role in ensuring efficient communication, organization, and administrative support within the company.
