Receptionist Cum Secretary (female)

Job Description

These are some of the Job responsibilities expected from this position ( but not limited to)

Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk Update calendars and schedule meetings Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing, Assist with Job scheduling Answering calls and inquiries from the customers Complaint handling from customers Answer employees queries about basic HR-related issues Organize and maintain personnel records Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave) Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics Other responsibilities assigned by manager
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED2,700.00 per month
