We are looking for a highly organized and professional
Female Arabic National
to join our real estate office as a
Receptionist Cum Secretary
. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome all visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Answer and screen incoming phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate person.
Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and professional at all times.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings,
Provide administrative and clerical support to the real estate team.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages.
Maintain and update contact lists and databases.
Assist Legal Team to type Contracts
Requirements:
Only Female Arabic National.
Proven experience as a receptionist or Secretary, preferably within the real estate industry.
Arabic & English Typing Skill is Must
Mandate UAE Experience at least 3-4 Years
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both
Arabic and English
.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
A professional and positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
