We are seeking a

Female Receptionist cum Secretary

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be professional, well-presented, and able to manage front-office and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle reception duties including answering calls and welcoming visitors Manage daily administrative and clerical tasks Maintain office records and documents Schedule meetings and assist management with coordination Handle emails, correspondence, and filing Support daily office operations

Requirements:



Minimum 1-2 years experience in receptionist/secretary role Good communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage) Presentable, well-organized, and able to multitask
