Receptionist Cum Secretary

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Front Office & Reception Duties:



Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and forward phone calls; take and relay messages accurately. Manage the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and professional appearance at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries. Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes when required.

Secretarial & Administrative Support:



Draft, type, and format letters, memos, and other official correspondence. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and arrange appointments for management. Prepare meeting rooms, take minutes, and distribute them as required. Maintain filing systems (both physical and electronic) for easy document retrieval. Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office documentation. Coordinate travel arrangements including visa applications, flight bookings, and hotel reservations.

General Office Support:



Assist HR/Admin with office supplies management and procurement. Support in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Ensure confidentiality and security of company documents and information. Provide general clerical support to various departments as needed.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration/Secretarial Studies (preferred) Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant. Proficiency in MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Presentable, polite, and customer service-oriented. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Female Only

Working Hours:



As per company policy 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

Compensation & Benefits:



Salary: As per company standards. Health insurance and other benefits as per UAE Labor Law.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
