The Receptionist cum Secretary will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients while providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the management and project teams. The ideal candidate should have experience in a contracting or construction environment, excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet visitors, clients, and suppliers in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls and emails promptly.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in an orderly condition.
Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and official letters.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain office filing systems (hard copy and electronic).
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Assist in preparing project-related documents, quotations, and purchase orders.
Maintain records of contracts, submittals, and project correspondences.
Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance requests.
Support HR and admin tasks such as employee attendance, timesheets, and record keeping.
Assist with organizing company events, meetings, and client visits.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a contracting or construction company.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
