Position Overview



We are seeking a professional and experienced

Receptionist

to join our team at Dubai Industrial City. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.

Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls. Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area. Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries. Assist in scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and managing meeting rooms. Provide administrative support to the HR and Administration team as required. Maintain visitor logbooks, employee attendance logs (if required), and security passes. Support in company events, documentation, and day-to-day administrative tasks. Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all communications.

Minimum Requirements



Experience:

Minimum 3 years' experience in a receptionist or front-desk role (UAE experience preferred).

Education:

Bachelor's Degree.

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Professional appearance and a positive attitude.

Pay: Up to AED3,000.00 per month
