We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic to join our team as a Receptionist. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and employees, ensuring smooth front desk operations and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, directing them to the appropriate department.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times.
Handle mail, courier services, and general administrative tasks.
Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meetings as required.
Assist with basic clerical tasks, including maintaining records and office supplies.
Requirements:
bachelors/ diploma or equivalent; additional certifications are a plus.
Hindi, English (spoken and written).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is an advantage.
