We are looking for a professional and well-organized Receptionist cum Secretary to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front-desk operations, handling client communication, and providing administrative support to management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage front desk and greet clients professionally
Handling incoming calls
Maintain records, files, and documents
Prepare letters, reports, and basic correspondence
Assist management with secretarial tasks
Handle administrative and office-related tasks
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Fast and accurate typing skills
Excellent communication skills (English required)
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Immediate joiners preferred
