We are seeking a well-presented, organized, and customer-focused Receptionist to manage front-desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and friendly manner.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and presentation.
Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
Receive and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.
Maintain visitor logs and issue access badges.
Support HR/Administration departments with day-to-day tasks.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Staff.
Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Professional appearance and customer service attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in Saudi Arabia.
Knowledge of basic office equipment (printer, scanner, telephone systems).
