The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors while also assisting the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotes, coordinating with clients, and maintaining sales documentation.
Key Responsibilities

Reception Duties:
Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to appropriate departments.
Maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and a professional appearance.
Schedule meetings and manage office calendars.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries.
Sales Coordination Duties:
Support the sales team with administrative tasks including preparing quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
Process sales orders, track deliveries, and follow up with clients for feedback or payments.
Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems.
Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, production) to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Assist in organizing sales campaigns, trade shows, and events.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in a similar role is required.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with CRM software is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
