Requirements:
Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good command of English (spoken and written).
Proficient in MS Office.
Prior experience in reception and sales coordination is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors and clients professionally.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Support the sales team with follow-ups, quotations, and reporting.
Maintain schedules, appointments, and office records.
Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and events.
Perform general administrative tasks as needed.
