Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
Manage front desk operations and administrative tasks
Promote and sell our office spaces and services to potential clients
Follow up with leads, conduct tours of the center, and close sales deals
Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions
Support the sales and admin teams as needed
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of proven experience in sales
, preferably in real estate or business center operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
