Greet and assist patients in a warm and professional manner.
Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups.
Coordinate between patients, doctors, and other healthcare staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
INSURANCE APPROVALS
PATIENT CONVERSIONS for COSMETIC PROCEDURES AND DENTAL PROCEDURES
Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.
Maintain patient records and confidentiality in accordance with clinic policies.
Process payments and issue receipts accurately.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and report generation.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements
Minimum
1-3 years of experience
as a Receptionist or Patient Coordinator in a
medical or healthcare setting
(UAE experience preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
LEADERSHIP QUALITY
Proficient in
MS Office
and clinic management software.
Fluent in
English
(Arabic or other languages is an advantage).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
