Job Description

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees.
Answer and direct phone calls and emails professionally.
Manage scheduling, appointments, and meetings.
Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
Assist with office operations, including supplies management and inventory tracking.
Support HR and management with basic administrative tasks.
Handle correspondence, reporting, and data entry as required.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Diploma; additional qualification in office management is a plus.
Proven experience in front desk or administrative roles is preferred.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time
