We are looking for energetic female candidates with a valid residency visa to work with us.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and format reports, memos, and correspondence.
Answer and direct phone calls or emails as required.
Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing digital and physical documents.
Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
Support procurement, logistics, or HR admin tasks if needed.
Perform data entry and maintain internal databases.
Help coordinate office supplies and stationery management.
Maintain confidentiality and follow internal procedures.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Professionalism and reliability.
Working hours: Morning 8 AM to 5 PM. Monday to Friday
Office Location: Down Town, Near Business Bay
