Job Description

We are looking for a smart and organized

Receptionist cum Admin

to be the first point of contact at our real estate office. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to handle front desk responsibilities along with basic administrative duties.

:



Greet visitors and clients in a professional manner Handle phone calls, emails, and daily office correspondence Schedule appointments and coordinate client meetings Maintain office files, client records, and documentation Provide administrative support to the sales and management teams Assist with follow-ups and client communications as required

Requirements

:

1 to 2 prior experience in a receptionist or admin role, preferably in real estate Good communication skills, proficient in English Proficient in MS Office and basic computer operations Well-groomed, polite, and professional in conduct Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality Flexible, proactive, and willing to support the sales and admin team as needed Time management skills and ability to handle pressure during peak hours
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:

Real estate: 2 years (Preferred) Reception/ Admin: 2 years (Required)
Language:

* English (Required)
