The Receptionist cum Admin serves as the primary front-line representative of the company while providing essential administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. This role combines customer service, coordination, and general office administration duties.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESFront Desk Operations
Greet and welcome visitors professionally and courteously.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
Assist guests with inquiries and coordinate with concerned departments for appointments or meetings.
Communication Handling
Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls efficiently.
Respond to general inquiries via phone, email, or in person.
Take accurate messages and deliver them timely to the appropriate personnel.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier arrangements.
Administrative Support
Prepare, file, and organize documents, forms, and reports.
Assist in scheduling meetings, booking meeting rooms, and arranging appointments.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and basic clerical tasks.
Support HR/Admin with onboarding documents, ID requests, access cards, and company form distributions.
Coordinate with suppliers and service providers (cleaners, maintenance, utilities).
