We are looking for an energetic and personable individual who can efficiently manage front-desk operations
while also handling lead calls and converting inquiries into enrollments
. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, students, and parents in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries; provide accurate information about our courses and programs.
Call potential leads, follow up on inquiries, and guide them through the enrollment process.
Maintain student records and update CRM or management systems.
Coordinate with counselors, trainers, and management to ensure a smooth student experience.
Assist with administrative tasks, scheduling, and office coordination as needed.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in making outbound calls and handling sales or enrollment conversations.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
Previous experience as a receptionist, tele caller, or in sales/education is a plus

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
