Requirements:
Experience in social media management and lead conversion, preferably in healthcare or wellness
Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills
Previous experience in reception, front desk, or client-facing roles
Ability to multitask and manage both online and in-person inquiries efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to social media messages, comments, and inquiries
Follow up with online leads to secure bookings and consultations
Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a premium client experience
Manage appointment scheduling, calls, and emails
Coordinate with marketing on promotions and campaigns to drive lead engagement
