Role Overview:

As the Social Media Lead Conversion cum Receptionist, you'll engage with potential patients through social platforms, convert inquiries into confirmed bookings, and provide a warm, professional welcome on arrival. You'll be equally comfortable behind the reception desk and behind the screen--turning curiosity into committed clients.

Requirements:

Experience in social media management and lead conversion, preferably in healthcare or wellness Strong interpersonal, communication, and persuasion skills Previous experience in reception, front desk, or client-facing roles Ability to multitask and manage both online and in-person inquiries efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to social media messages, comments, and inquiries Follow up with online leads to secure bookings and consultations Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a premium client experience Manage appointment scheduling, calls, and emails Coordinate with marketing on promotions and campaigns to drive lead engagement Maintain accurate records while upholding patient confidentiality
