We are seeking a professional and dedicated Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our reputable flooring company. This role is ideal for someone who values professionalism, customer service, and smooth office operations. You will be part of a supportive team focused on providing exceptional service while maintaining an organized and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
Answer incoming calls and respond to emails using Outlook.
Prepare and maintain client quotations accurately.
Perform general administrative tasks including scanning, printing, and filing.
Support daily office operations and assist other team members as needed.
Requirements:
Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and filing systems.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Presentable, professional, and proactive in approach.
