We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telesales Agent to join our dynamic real estate team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls to potential clients, and setting appointments for property viewings. Your primary focus will be to promote our real estate listings and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential buyers and tenants from provided lead lists
Present, promote, and sell available real estate properties over the phone
Generate interest and schedule appointments for property viewings
Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Update CRM systems with lead activity and sales progress
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualifications:
Proven telesales or customer service experience (real estate background is a plus)
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Strong sales acumen and negotiation abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Familiarity with CRM systems and real estate software is a plus
Fluent in Arabic and English (additional languages are a plus)
