We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Telesales Agent
to join our dynamic real estate team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused approach. As a Telesales Agent, you will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound calls, and setting appointments for our property consultants.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients and promote real estate properties and investment opportunities.
Follow up on leads provided through marketing campaigns and company sources.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable properties or investment options.
Schedule property viewings and appointments with the sales team.
Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
Coordinate with property consultants to ensure smooth handovers of qualified leads.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a customer service role (Real estate industry preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus).
Goal-oriented with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
Ability to handle rejections and remain motivated.
Basic knowledge of real estate market trends is an advantage.
