Maintain a deep understanding of the Sharjah & Dubai real estate market, pricing trends, and customer needs.
Lead, motivate, and manage the performance of the real estate sales team members to ensure productivity.
Develop detailed sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets consistently.
Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment on brand messaging and campaigns.
Implement effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Establish strong rapport with clients by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
Regularly review and update sales policies and procedures according to industry standards.
Utilize data analytics tools to gain insights into sales trends and customer preferences.
Respond to customer feedback and adjust sales strategies to improve service delivery.
Coordinate with finance teams to ensure accurate pricing strategies and budget adherence.
Drive property sales across both residential and commercial projects.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and monthly action plans.
Set targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching to the team.
