We are seeking a a dynamic and results-oriented Team Leader with extensive experience in Dubai's real estate market. As a Team Leader, you will oversee and mentor a team of real estate agents, driving performance, motivation, and results. You will receive daily marketing leads to support your team's success and contribute to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

Team Recruitment & Leadership

Recruit, onboard, and train real estate agents. Inspire and manage a high-performing sales team. Lead, coach, and guide agents to achieve their sales targets. Set performance goals and monitor team progress.

Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and strategic sales guidance.

Market

Stay informed about real estate trends, regulatory updates, and market opportunities. Offer expert guidance to agents and clients on secondary and off-plan transactions.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales

, team leadership, or business development in the UAE.

Valid RERA license

. Proven track

record of sales training

in the secondary market. Strong leadership skills with experience managing and training sales teams. Strategic and analytical mindset with a focus on achieving results.

Fluency in English

; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, or Farsi is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Comprehensive knowledge of Dubai's secondary real estate market and investment trends. Demonstrated success leading high-performing sales teams. UAE driving license and personal vehicle.
