Country Team Leader
based in Dubai.
Role Summary
This is
not
an administrative or office-based management role.
The Country Team Leader is a
hands-on, sales-driven leader (player-coach)
who:
Personally sells and closes deals
Builds and scales a high-performing country team
Leads by production, not hierarchy
If the Team Leader does not sell, the model does not work.
Key Responsibilities1. Team Performance & Production
Build, develop, and scale a team of
8-10 agents
from your assigned country
Onboard new agents and bring them to production rapidly
Actively monitor and manage:
Lead allocation
Follow-ups
Appointments
Closings
Step in directly on:
Complex negotiations
Objection handling
HNWI client interactions
Support junior agents in achieving their first successful closings
2. Team Training & Development
Deliver structured onboarding programmes
Provide ongoing training on:
Investment advisory mindset
HNWI client management
Dubai sales process (pre-closing ? site visits ? closing)
Conduct call reviews, script optimisation, and live deal support
Continuously improve:
Conversion rates
Appointment quality
CRM discipline
The Team Leader's responsibility is to make the team produce.
3. KPI Ownership & Reporting
Weekly appointments booked
Show-up rates
Lead-to-deal conversion
GMV per agent
Direct reporting to Sales Management
4. Direct Sales (Mandatory)
Personally close the largest and most strategic transactions
Support senior agents and top performers
Represent the company with:
Developers
VIP investors
Site visits
Official developer presentations
Strategic Position
As Country Team Leader, you will:
Own and develop your
national market
Act as the main point of reference for:
Agents from your country
Clients visiting Dubai
Oversee:
Pre-closing activities
Site visits
Advanced negotiations
Work closely with:
Developer Sales Managers
Marketing
Developers (new launches)
Market research and content teams
This role functions as a
market mini-entrepreneur
, not a corporate manager.
Candidate Profile
Essential Requirements:
Native or fluent
German or Dutch speaker
Proven experience in:
Investment real estate sales
Off-plan and/or high-ticket transactions
Demonstrated closing track record
Strong confidence dealing with HNWI clients
Leadership by example (hands-on seller)
Based in Dubai or willing to relocate
Compensation & Earning Potential
This is a
fully performance-based role

Commission Structure
Team performance override:
3-5%
Personal commissions:
