We are seeking an
experienced Real Estate Team Leader
to lead, grow, and motivate a high-performing sales team in Dubai.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales targets
Recruit, train, and onboard new agents
Support deal closures and client management
Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching
Coordinate with marketing and admin teams
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience as a Team Leader (Dubai market preferred)
Proven ability to build and manage a sales team
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
Target-driven and self-motivated
