Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly driven

Real Estate Team Leader - Off-Plan

to lead, mentor, and grow a team of property consultants. In this leadership role, you will guide agents in achieving their targets, manage team performance, and ensure the delivery of high-quality client service. You will play a crucial part in driving revenue, expanding team capabilities, and strengthening VidaBricks' presence within Dubai's competitive off-plan market.

Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Management

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Monitor performance KPIs and ensure consistent pipeline activity, client meetings, and closures. Conduct regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales scripts, objection handling, and market updates. Support agents during client meetings, negotiations, and property presentations when needed.

Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of off-plan real estate experience

in Dubai.

Proven experience managing or leading a sales team

in real estate. Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate regulations, project launches, and developer portfolios. Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills. Goal-driven, confident, and capable of managing a high-performance team. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to assist in high-value closings.

AED 6,000 - 12,000 (based on experience) + attractive commissions
