Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth execution of property transactions.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue.
Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training and feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and channel partners.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property values.
Collaborate with marketing and management teams to design and execute promotional campaigns.
Prepare regular sales reports and present updates to senior management.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role in real estate.
Strong knowledge of local real estate markets and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
Goal-oriented, self-driven and able to thrive in a competitive environment.
