Key Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Drive team expansion by recruiting and onboarding new agents.
Handle client inquiries and support your team in converting leads into successful transactions.
Monitor team performance, implement effective strategies, and provide regular coaching and feedback.
Stay updated on the latest Dubai real estate projects, regulations, and market trends.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and administrative departments to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain the highest level of customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
Requirements
Minimum
2 years of experience
as a
Team Leader
in real estate (Dubai experience strongly preferred).
Proven ability to recruit and build a strong team of agents.
Excellent leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and drive performance.
Ambitious, self-driven, and target-oriented.
