Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Supervise daily operations, including CRM compliance, lead management, and listing quality.
Support agents with negotiations, deal closing, and client follow-ups.
Coordinate with marketing and admin departments to ensure proper support for listings and leads.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions for team development.
Maintain up-to-date market knowledge, including projects, pricing, and community trends.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of real estate experience
in Dubai (Team Leader experience only).
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing portals (Bayut, Property Finder, Dubizzle).
RERA Certification

Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
