We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Team Leader

to manage and guide our sales agents in achieving their performance goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for mentoring a team of agents, driving sales growth, and ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Support agents with client meetings, negotiations, and deal closures. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase property listings and conversions. Conduct regular training sessions, performance evaluations, and feedback meetings. Foster a positive and results-driven team culture. Maintain strong relationships with property developers, landlords, and clients. Stay updated with Dubai real estate laws, trends, and market conditions.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of real estate experience in Dubai, with at least 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role. Valid RERA license (preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent knowledge of Dubai's property market and CRM systems. Ability to train, motivate, and lead a diverse team.
