Job Description

Lionheart Real Estate is a British-led company with more than 23 years of expertise in the UAE property market. Known for professionalism, deep market insight, and exceptional client service, we are expanding our team and looking for experienced, motivated Team Leaders to join us.

Key Responsibilities



Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. Recruit, train, and onboard new agents to grow your team. Oversee client inquiries and support your team in closing successful deals. Monitor team performance, set strategies, and provide constructive feedback. Stay up to date on Dubai's real estate projects and market trends. Collaborate with marketing and administration teams to ensure seamless operations. Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering premium service.

Requirements



Minimum 2 years' experience as a Real Estate Team Leader (Dubai market experience preferred). Proven track record in recruiting and managing a team of agents. Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Ambitious, results-driven, and able to perform under pressure.
