Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of real estate agents to exceed sales targets.
Drive recruitment and onboarding of new agents to grow your team.
Oversee client inquiries and guide your team in closing successful transactions.
Monitor team performance, implement strategies, and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated on Dubai real estate projects and market developments.
Work closely with marketing and administration teams to ensure smooth operations.
Maintain strong client relationships and deliver premium customer service.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Real Estate Team Leader (Dubai experience preferred).
Proven ability to recruit and expand a team of agents.
Strong leadership, motivational, and coaching skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
Ambitious, self-driven, and able to thrive under pressure.
Results-oriented with a focus on productivity and growth.
