Team Leaders

with strong experience in Dubai's property market.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, coach, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve and exceed sales targets. Drive team growth by recruiting and onboarding new agents. Handle client inquiries and guide your team in converting leads into successful transactions. Monitor performance, implement strategies, and provide regular evaluations for improvement. Stay up to date with Dubai real estate projects and market trends. Collaborate with marketing and admin departments for smooth operations. Ensure top-quality customer service and long-term client relationships.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in real estate (Dubai experience preferred). Must ensure their team recruits and brings new agents to the company. Strong leadership and motivational skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities. Ability to perform under pressure and drive team productivity. Ambitious, self-driven, and target-focused.
