Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced

Real Estate Team Leader

to guide, support, and grow a high-performing team of real estate agents. The Team Leader will be responsible for driving sales, overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client service. This role combines leadership, sales strategy, and operational oversight.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit, onboard, and train new agents to expand the team. Lead, coach, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and marketing plans. Encourage agents to actively post on their social media to promote the Company Brand. Promote to agents the importance of active listings in Real Estate Portals such us Property Finder, Bayut & Dubizzle. Monitor performance metrics and provide regular feedback to agents. Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews. Assist team members in listing and closing transactions when needed. Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards. Foster a positive, collaborative, and goal-oriented team culture. Serve as a liaison between the team and Top Management. Maintain a small portfolio of personal clients to stay active in the market.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with agent recruiting and team building. Ability to analyze data to inform sales strategy. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Qualifications:

Minimum (3-5) years of successful real estate team leader experience. Arabic Speaker and Fluent in English Previous experience in a leadership, mentoring, or management role. Strong understanding of local real estate market trends and regulations. Proven ability to lead, motivate, and drive a team to meet goals. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM systems, MLS platforms, and real estate tech tools.

Compensation and Benefits:

Up to AED10,000 + Commission + Team Commission Benefits: Visa, Medical Insurance, Annual Ticket & etc. (as per UAE Labor Law)

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
