Key Responsibilities
Team Recruitment & Leadership
Recruit, onboard, and train skilled real estate agents.
Motivate and manage a high-achieving sales team.
Set performance targets and track team progress.
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and sales strategy guidance.
Market & Regulatory Compliance
Ensure full compliance with
Dubai Land Department (DLD) and Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA)
regulations.
Stay updated on real estate trends, regulatory changes, and market opportunities.
Provide expert guidance to brokers and clients on both
secondary and off-plan transactions

Requirements
Minimum 3+ years
of experience in real estate sales, team leadership, or business development in the UAE.
Proven expertise
in
secondary market transactions
.
Strong leadership skills with a track record in managing and training sales teams.
Strategic and analytical mindset with a results-driven approach.
Ability to thrive in a
fast-paced, competitive
real estate environment.
Fluency in English;
