Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and mentor a team of real estate agents
Set and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Oversee negotiations and ensure smooth deal closures
Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize performance
Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure top-tier customer service
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of Dubai real estate experience
Proven track record in
sales and leadership
Strong
negotiation and communication skills
Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive
Ability to recruit and build a strong team of agents
