Key Responsibilities
Recruit, train, and lead a team of real estate agents focused on off-plan project sales.
Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement of goals.
Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Stay updated on market trends and off-plan project launches across the UAE.
Assist the team in negotiations and closing high-value deals.
Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to align sales strategies.
Monitor individual and team KPIs and implement strategies for growth.
Promote a professional, driven, and collaborative team environment.
Requirements
Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in off-plan projects.
At least 2 years in a team leadership or supervisory role.
Valid UAE
driver's license
(required).
Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Fluency in English is mandatory
