Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Real Estate Team Leader to guide and grow a high-performing sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sales, leadership experience, and the ability to communicate effectively in English, with additional proficiency in European or Russian languages considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets Develop and implement sales strategies to drive performance and revenue growth Monitor team KPIs and provide regular coaching and feedback Support agents in negotiations, client meetings, and closing transactions Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements across all deals Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion Maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders Stay informed about market trends, pricing strategies, and competitive activity
Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role Proven track record of team management and achieving sales targets Fluency in English is required; proficiency in European or Russian languages is preferred Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Deep understanding of the Abu Dhabi property market Familiarity with CRM systems and property listing platforms RERA certification or willingness to obtain it Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle
