Duties

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate agents to achieve sales targets and professional development. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote listings and enhance brand visibility. Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients, ensuring favorable terms while adhering to real estate law. Manage property listings, including pricing strategies, staging recommendations, and open house events. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain knowledge of Fair Housing regulations to ensure compliance in all transactions. Oversee administrative tasks related to property management, including documentation and record-keeping. Foster a collaborative team environment that encourages communication and organizational skills among team members.

Experience

Proven experience in real estate sales or management with a strong track record of success. Familiarity with property management practices and real estate law is essential. Previous administrative experience within the real estate sector is highly desirable. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Excellent marketing acumen to promote properties successfully. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.
