Team Leader
to manage and support our growing team of real estate agents.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and guide real estate agents in daily operations.
Ensure regular follow-up with agents and clients.
Monitor sales activities and help the team achieve targets.
Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Handle client escalations and support negotiations.
Prepare and submit performance reports to management.
Requirements:
Minimum
5 years of real estate experience in the UAE
(mandatory).
Valid
UAE Driving License
and
own vehicle
(mandatory).
Valid
Broker License
(mandatory).
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented.
