Key Responsibilities:
Lead, support, and motivate a team of sales & leasing agents
Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs
Conduct regular training and coaching to enhance skills and knowledge
Assist agents in closing deals and resolving client concerns
Ensure listings are up-to-date and effectively marketed
Coordinate with management on strategy, reporting, and business planning
Stay informed on market trends and share insights with the team
Ensure compliance with Portals and company policies
Requirements:
3-5 years of real estate experience in the UAE (team lead or senior agent experience preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle
DMT certification or willingness to obtain
Proficiency with CRM systems and property platforms
Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
